Sir / Madam, I am the management staff at Expressionz Professional Suites, Off Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur lodge a complaint against your rider AHL6191 subject to today's incident at about 4:49 pm, your rider has resisted the current @ one-way road 2 times and breaching private area by-laws which may be caused an accident and loss damages to Residents, Guests, and Staffs, Expressionz Professional Suites properties. Our security guard advised the rider sir/madam but the security guard was shown a sign *** you' by the rider. The sign seemed to be trying to humiliate, intimidate, and threaten my security guard for reprimanding his mistake. The second time, the same rider also resisted the current and at this time I reprimanded the rider and asks him to apologize for his bad behavior. As mocking my advice, after that, your rider showed a *** you' sign and shouted at me assuming that I will ignore, scared, and felt the disgrace by his attitude. It is not enough to give me a sign *** you' and scream, your rider is provocating me. Thus, I officially make a complaint against your rider -AHL6191 on his bad behavior and poor work attitude, so that the foodpanda top management and owners may take this opportunity to upgrade, improving complete with emphasizing more on the aspect of abiding, adhere the private area by-laws, a professional work attitude with good manners without prejudice, racist to everyone regardless of skin color or race. For your record reference, I enclose herewith the pictures of the said rider on his 'good and professional work etiquette' due to his behavior. Very unfortunate, the young rider with full of energy and excitement but lacking in morals, will also tarnish the reputation of the foodpanda rider as a whole the reputation of the foodpanda company.
